ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) will host several events to celebrate Pride Month in October. Kick-off events will be held on Monday, Oct. 2 at each of its campuses and the fifth annual Drag Show will be held at 6 p.m. in the San Jacinto Campus Theater. Events will continue through October.

MSJC was honored to be recognized by California State University San Marcos as a Community Partner. Together, we equip students in our region with the skills they need to enter high-demand, high growth careers.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Board Chair Joshua Rivera announced his resignation during the regular September 14 Board of Trustees meeting as he is moving outside of his service area with his new wife.

The ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) Board of Trustees on Thursday, September 14 adopted a $157,690,158 Unrestricted General Fund budget for 2023-2024. The Unrestricted General Fund pays for operations, materials, supplies, salaries and benefits, among other things.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) hosted the 12th Annual 9/11 Commemoration Ceremony on Monday, September 11. Veterans, first responders, MSJC students and employees, and members of the community attended the event at the MSJC Menifee Valley Campus to honor, remember, and unite.

The ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) Eagles football team will play their first home game against the Citrus College Owls in the new 5,000-seat stadium at the Menifee Valley Campus at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 9.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) hosted a dedication ceremony on September 5 to officially open the more than $50 million state-of-the-art Athletics & Kinesiology Complex. College officials, faculty, staff, local leaders, and community members attended the event and together celebrated this exciting milestone in the college's history.

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for our continuing accreditation for the Associate Degree Nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

ºÚÁÏÉçÇø (MSJC) welcomed 16,518 students on Monday, August 14, for the first day of the 2023-24 academic year. The student count represented a 13 percent increase over the opening day of fall last year.
